After training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for close to five years, I realized that I needed to be doing something to help improve my training and that’s when I found DDP Yoga.
I did the research and I discovered that DDP Yoga wouldn’t put a lot of stress on the body and would actually be helping my body HEAL rather than tearing it down.
In the 90’s I was a huge fan of Diamond Dallas Page when he was wrestling for World Championship Wrestling, long before his career took off like a rocket during the “Monday Night Wars”. It was in December of 2011, I reached out to him on social media to see if it was REALLY him and offered to interview him on my radio show.
As it turned out, it REALLY was D-D-P! I’ve been doing DDP YOGA ever since. Not only has it helped my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, but I get great workouts that get my heart rate jacked up to burn off the fat with ZERO Impact.
After doing the program for since 2012 and I am looking to become a certified DDP YOGA instructor. I have already passed the Level 1 course. I am currently developing my own 35-45 minute workout based on their requirements and I’d love to have you come try a class for free!

Classes are offered Monday and Friday middays from 11:45a to 12:30p and SATURDAY mornings from 8:00a to 8:45a.
