I had been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for close to five years when I realized that I needed to be doing something to help improve my training and that’s when I found DDP Yoga.
I did the research and I discovered that DDP Yoga wouldn’t put a lot of stress on the body and would actually be helping my body HEAL rather than tearing it down.
I was a huge fan of Diamond Dallas Page and in late December of 2011, I reached out to him on social media to see if it was REALLY him and offered to interview him on my radio show.
As it turned out, it REALLY was D-D-P and I’ve been doing DDP YOGA ever since to not only improve my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training, but to put myself through a workout that gets my heart rate jacked up to burn off the fat with ZERO Impact.
After doing the program for 4 years, I am looking to become a certified DDP YOGA instructor and I have past the Level 1 course. I am currently developing my own 35-45 minute workout based on their requirements and I’d love to have you and your friends come try a class for free!
